   • After placing your order, mail your baby's hospital blanket (and optional hospital hat) to the following address:

3. Creation Process:

   • Your custom plush elephant will be crafted with care. Typically, it takes 4 to 5 weeks to complete, depending on the current order volume. Rush orders may be possible—contact us for availability.

   • Important: The 4-5 week timeframe begins once we receive your materials, so please send your blanket and hat promptly.

4. Shipping:

   • We ship your custom plush animal via First-Class Mail at no extra cost to you.

• Unused Materials: We keep unused fabric scraps for 3 to 4 weeks after shipping your order, after which they are responsibly recycled. If you'd like your unused materials returned, please note this when ordering. Shipping for returns is at the buyer's expense.
