Each Memory Bear, Bunny, or Keepsake takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks to complete, starting after I receive your materials.

Every piece is handcrafted with love and care — thank you for your patience while I create something truly special for you.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your materials.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to send your items to me. I recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind.

I ship completed keepsakes via USPS First Class Package — this is FREE and typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the U.S.

If you prefer Priority or Priority Express Mail, you can select this option at checkout for an additional cost.

I work with
many types of fabrics and items, including:

Clothing (shirts, dresses, baby
clothes, sweaters, pajamas, scarves)

Blankets (baby blankets,
throws, quilts, pet blankets)

Pet items (well-loved pet toys,
collars, bandanas)

Because each Memory Bear, Bunny, or Keepsake is custom made by hand using your personal materials, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Each keepsake takes more than 3 full labor days to create, and cannot be resold or restocked once production begins.

Memory Bears and Keepsakes are decorative and sentimental items.

Please:

Spot clean only with a soft cloth and cold water.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight.

They are not intended as toys for rough play or for children under 3 years old.

IMPORTANT: I keep your fabric scraps and unused materials for 3 to 4 weeks after your keepsake order has shipped.

After that period, any remaining materials are responsibly taken to a fabric recycling facility or store that accepts textiles (such as H&M).

If you would like your unused materials returned to you, please leave a note for the seller when placing your order with this specific request.
