Because each Memory Bear, Bunny, or Keepsake is a fully handcrafted, custom-made item, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Every piece is made uniquely for you, using your personal materials, and requires many hours of careful labor — typically more than 3 full working days — to create. Once production begins, it is no longer possible to restock or resell the item, as it is made from your one-of-a-kind fabrics.
