Your keepsake is made using the exact fabrics and items you send us — this is what makes each Memory Bear, Bunny, or Plush so special.

✅ We work with: clothing (shirts, dresses, baby clothes, pajamas), blankets (baby blankets, throws, quilts), and pet items (toys, collars, bandanas, blankets).

❗️ We do not recommend very thin or delicate fabrics like silk or lace, items with heavy beading or large sequins, or items with odors or excessive wear — please wash your items before sending.

✅ We use high-quality 100% recycled polyester fiberfill — safe, soft, and durable. If you're unsure whether a fabric can be used, contact us before placing your order.

Production time: 4–5 weeks after we receive your materials.

Shipping your materials: You cover the cost to send items to our Miami studio.

Final product shipping: FREE via USPS First Class Package (3–5 business days). Priority and Priority Express upgrades available at checkout.

Tracking: You'll receive tracking information once your keepsake ships.
